Our Screen Cleaner allows the screen to be cleaned with the base fluid of the drilling fluids. This means no contamination of the mud. The engines are geared drive which takes out maintenance issues of belts. The electrical system uses a magnetic starter instead of a manual starter which allows the use of an off delay timer that is preset at 30 minutes. The timer protects the system from the operators that do not shut the system down after use. If you have a leaky wand and the system is still pumping, it could cause potential environmental issues costing the customer thousands. It also protects the system from overheating if operated in the bypass for long periods.
